What to Expect During Construction

Building your dream backyard is a big decision, and we’re with you every step of the way. From designing your vision to the final walk-through, we’ll keep things clear and on track. Here’s how the process typically works:

Step 1: Design & Planning

We’ll meet at your home to walk through ideas, goals, and budget. Then, we’ll create a custom plan that brings your vision to life, including pool shape, features, materials, and layout.

Step 2: Construction Begins

Once permits are finalized (if needed) and utilities are marked, we break ground. You’ll see progress each week: excavation, plumbing, steel, gunite, tile, decking, and more.

Step 3: Communication Throughout

You’ll always know what’s happening next. We’ll update you on timelines and keep you informed about weather delays, material deliveries, or scheduled subcontractor work (like gunite and plaster).

Step 4: Finishing Touches & Clean-Up

We wrap up with the details that make it yours, like water features, lighting, final cleanup, and walkthrough. We’ll show you how to use your equipment and keep your pool in great shape.

Step 5: Ready to Dive In

In around 90 days (weather permitting), you’ll be swimming, grilling, and relaxing in a space built for years of memories.
